YOUR APPOINTMENTS ARE VERY IMPORTANT TO ALL MEMBERS OF OUR TEAM AT INFINITY WELLNESS QC. TIME ALLOCATED FOR AN APPOINTMENT IS RESERVED ESPECIALLY FOR YOU. WE DO UNDERSTAND THAT SOMETIMES SCHEDULE ADJUSTMENTS ARE NECESSARY; THEREFORE, WE RESPECTFULLY REQUEST AT LEAST 24 HOURS NOTICE FOR ADJUSTMENTS TO YOUR APPOINTMENTS AND FOR CANCELLATIONS. ALL OUR POLICIES ARE DESIGNED TO BENEFIT OUR GUESTS AND TO PROVIDE THE BEST QUALITY AND TRADITION OF EXCELLENT SERVICE FOR OUR ESTABLISHED AND FUTURE CLIENTELE.
WE ASK THAT ALL NEW AND CURRENT PATIENT’S PROVIDE A CREDIT CARD TO HAVE ON FILE. ALL CARDS ON FILE ARE ADDED TO THE SYSTEM VIA A SECURE ELECTRONIC PROCESS THAT ENSURES THE INFORMATION IS ENCRYPTED AND REMAINS SECURE. IN THE EVENT THAT WE DO NOT RECEIVE THE REQUIRED NOTICE FOR ADJUSTMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS THE FOLLOWING FEES WILL BE APPLIED TO YOUR CARD OR ALTERNATIVELY BILLED OUT TO YOU:
No-shows or notifications given less than 24 hours prior to consulting appointments with Dr. Lara (Weight Management Consults & Hormone & Aging Consultations)
time will result in a $50 no-show fee. Follow-ups and injections with Medical Assistants will not result in a no-show or cancellation fee unless the patient is excessively missing their scheduled follow-up or injection appointment.
Prescription Medication Cancellation Policy:
At Infinity Wellness QC, we take the safety and continuity of your care seriously. If you wish to discontinue any prescribed medication, we require a written notice at least 60 days in advance. This notice must be sent via email to info@infinitymedspaandwellness.com. This allows us sufficient time to make any necessary adjustments to your treatment plan and ensure proper documentation.
Please note that verbal requests, phone calls, text messages, or messages sent through social media or other platforms will not be accepted as valid forms of notice.
No exceptions will be made to this policy.
Medication Refund Policy:
Once medications have been ordered through Infinity Wellness QC, we are unable to offer refunds under any circumstances. This is due to the nature of prescription products, which are custom-ordered, regulated, and often non-returnable. We encourage all patients to thoroughly review their treatment plan and confirm their commitment before proceeding with any orders.
We appreciate your understanding, and by placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

Injection Appointment Policy:
To ensure the highest level of care and a smooth experience for all patients, all injections with MA Bayley must be scheduled in advance. We do not accept walk-ins for injections under any circumstances.
Appointments must be booked at least 2 hours prior to the desired time slot to allow proper preparation and to respect the flow of the clinic’s schedule.
Please plan accordingly, as no exceptions will be made to this policy.
Medication Pickup Policy:
For the safety and coordination of care, medications may only be picked up during weekday office hours. Weekend pickups are not permitted under any circumstances.
We strongly recommend picking up medications before 3:00 PM during the weekday, as this is typically when Dr. Lara is available should any last-minute questions or concerns arise.
Please plan ahead to avoid any delays or disruptions in your treatment.
